Amy Hopper

Amy’s career started in stellar fashion after she founded her first digital marketing agency at just 25 years old. However, Amy soon had to face a number of extremely serious setbacks. In 2014 she was hit by a car and ended up wheelchair-bound and in severe pain before undergoing spinal surgery in 2019.  As the world went into lockdown in 2020 she also suffered serious personal loss.

Amy’s recovery has involved setting herself personal challenges. During her recovery from spinal surgery she decided that she wanted to climb the Yorkshire Three Peaks. That daunting challenge was only possible because she was determined to break it down into small pieces that she could achieve as her body recovered and strengthened. As she put it, “You take one step at a time and when you look back you’ve climbed a mountain.”

Today Amy uses her experience to help companies produce higher-performing teams. She's a global speaker and mental health advocate as well as an MBA lecturer.
