![]() | Laura grew up loving singing but found that performing on stage was a real challenge as she suffered from stage fright – that feeling of anxiety that many performers feel in front of an audience. Laura’s dreams of being a soloist had to change and instead she joined the London Philharmonic Choir and worked as a reviewer and PR manager for The Times in London & New York. Today she works, through her non-profit organisation ‘Music for Mental Health’, to help musicians before they suffer from preventable mental health issues; her goal is to help performers shine without fear. What a great mission Laura! |
