Jonathan Akeroyd
 | For someone with a modest start to life, Jonathan has gone on to have an incredible career in the world of luxury fashion, which included a key stint as CEO of Burberry, a FTSE 100 company. Jonathan came into school in 2022 to give a talk to the sixth form and what struck us was how humble and grounded Jonathan is for someone who has achieved such success – although those (now retired) staff who once taught him have said that he hasn’t changed a bit since his time at Manwood’s. It’s great to know that you can rise to the top of such a competitive industry with such positive personal attributes. |
